Jessica was first exposed to Pilates in 2005 as a way to help her manage her chronic injuries from racing Olympic distance triathlons. After finishing her Psychology degree at Seattle University, she enrolled in a STOTT Pilates teacher training and has been teaching since 2006.
Jessica is a passionate learner and has several fitness and wellness certifications in addition to having learned directly from some of the industry's top professionals such as Paul Chek, Eric Franklin and Judith Aston.
Her approach to working with clients addresses movement, nutrition and wellness coaching because a healthy, happy body starts from the inside out including eating the right foods, addressing GI dysfunction and properly recruiting core muscles.
She loves to have fun and enjoys making her clients laugh during their sessions while also teaching them how to be stronger, healthier and happier.
Jessica's Schedule: Tuesdays 12pm-8:30pm, Wednesdays 7am-12pm, Fridays 1pm-8:30pm, & Saturdays 9:30am-5pm
