Sara is passionate about Pilates and loves sharing that passion with her clients. After a back injury she went through months of physical therapy and then found Pilates which enabled her to regain the ability to do the things she loves to do. She knows firsthand how priceless a healthy body is!
A lifelong athlete, Sara was a competitive equestrian and is an avid skier and cyclist. She is an animal lover and has worked with animals professionally and in volunteer work for over a decade.
She enjoys challenging her clients and helping them gain and maintain strength and confidence through movement to allow them to stay engaged in the things that are important to them. With a focus on proper alignment and technique, she loves to research and stay up to date and informed about the newest science with regard to exercise and the body.
